Terri Schroeder, Agent, comes from a family that has made Idaho its home for decades. Terri was born in Twin Falls, ID and was raised in Boise, ID. After graduating, Terri explored many opportunities while living in New York City and London, UK. Terri returned to Idaho and settled in Boise with her family. With over 15 years of professional real estate experience, Terri has been a million dollar top producer, a member of the Circle of Excellence, and has been a member of the Ada County Association of Realtors for the duration of that time. Terri is a CSP (Certified Sales Professional) and GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute). Terri joined Group One Realty with the merger of Thornton Oliver Keller Residential and Group One in 2000.

| Greg Scrivner, Agent, is a fifth generation Boisean with his ancestors arriving in the Boise valley by covered wagon in the early days of the last century. After graduating from BSU, Greg pursued a construction management career with Morris Knudsen Company in Alaska, San Francisco, New York City, and Columbia, South America. Greg received his Idaho Real Estate License in 1989. He has been a member of the Ada County Association of Realtors and a multi-million dollar real estate sales producer for over 15 years. Greg, a Certified Residential Specialist, served as a Director for the Ada County Association of Realtors and Circle of Excellence Committee Chair. Greg is a Lifetime member of the Circle of Excellence and serves as a committee member.

Robin LaBrie, architect, is one of Boise's brightest young architects. She received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo in 1992, and promptly moved with her husband Brett to the Boise Valley. Growing up, Robin's love of architecture and building was fostered by her family's business in new home construction. Robin's goal is to preserve Boise architectural mecca through her love of design and education. Robin designed the townhome communitites of The Gables and The Cottages, and a significant number of upper end, hillside residences. She is currently heading the Bridgewalk community off Boise Ave., building her personal residence in the north end, and designing the Villas at BanBury Meadows. |
| Nancy Frost of Frost Homes, LLC has been a general contractor since her and her husband started their own company in 1999. Nancy has been actively building homes in the Boise area since that time. | Debra R. Rambo, Loan Specialist, is an Idaho native, born in Twin Falls and raised in Boise, Idaho. Debra was a real estate agent in the Treasure Valley for 10 years before beginning her career in lending. She worked for Northwest Mortage for 7 years. In October of 2004 Debra opened her own company, Lifetime Mortgage. She has been a top 10% Producer since 2000 and a multimillion dollar producer for over 10 years. They feature a full-scale interior design showroom in Eagle, Idaho. They have 20 years combined experience in interior design including new construction, home furnishing and accessories.
